We have worked with Nico since he was in Cadet karts. His and his family's dedication to racing is second to none. Nico has shown tremendous growth over the years and it has resulted in success on track. I am looking forward to seeing continued growth and success in Nico's racing career.

I've had the privilege of working with Nico since he was eight years old and have watched him develop into a focused, determined, and highly dedicated young driver. What stands out about Nico is his respect for the sport and his desire to continually raise his own standard. He listens, understands feedback, and has the ability to translate it into performance — an important quality in any serious driver. He takes accountability, remains committed to his development, and understands that success in motorsport is earned through discipline and hard work. Nico has the character, commitment, and mindset that I believe are essential to building a successful future in motorsport.

It has been a pleasure watching and working with Nico throughout his racing career. I have known him since the early beginnings of his career — my role as a track official gave me the opportunity to watch him develop as both a racer and a young man. Even in those early years, Nico consistently demonstrated a strong drive to improve and a willingness to put in the work required to succeed. Over the years I've also worked with him as a mechanic, tuner, and coach, sharing both the highs and lows of racing. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch him mature into a dedicated, focused, and hardworking racer. I have no doubt that his drive, determination, and dedication will continue to push him toward achieving his goals.

Nico started coaching me at the start of June 2026. His coaching helped me progress rapidly, to the point of being able to fight for wins. He gives solid, direct feedback after every session, along with data review. Nico's on-track knowledge is really helpful and builds you into a better driver.
